A short verification routine for important decisions.
How to do it
Identify which parts are facts, dates, prices, or rules. Ask for sources, open the sources yourself, and compare with an official source. If the stakes are high, consult a qualified human.

List the claims in your answer that I should verify. For each, suggest the kind of primary source to check. Say clearly what you are uncertain about.
A fictional example
Leo asks about passport validity. The chatbot sounds confident, but he checks the destination government’s entry guidance before booking.
Keep private
Do not upload sensitive documents merely to fact-check them. Ask a general question or redact details first.
Before you rely on the answer
Confirm that links really exist and support the claim; check publication dates and current official guidance. Do not treat a chatbot citation as verification.
