You do not need to learn technical language before trying AI. Start with one ordinary task and stay in charge of the result.

Three comfortable steps

  1. Try a small task. Pick a list or draft you can check yourself. Follow the 10-minute guide.
  2. Ask for a change. You can say “make it shorter” or “that is not quite what I meant.” See rewriting an email.
  3. Pause before acting. Keep sensitive details out and check important answers.
